Om Timer – Timer and meditation to stay in flow

Om Timer lets you build sequences of timers that count down. When you start a sequence, its first timer begins. When it finishes, its action runs. The default action is to play a sound when each timer ends. Then, if more timers remain in the sequence, the next one starts—and so on. This way you can chain timers to pace your activities.

Om Timer can help people in meditation, work, meetings, sport, training, yoga, and mindfulness. For example, 25 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute break—how the Pomodoro technique is often practiced. You can restart the sequence when you are ready for another round.

To rename a sequence, go to the “Sequences” page, tap “Edit” beside a sequence, change the text in the “Name” field, and tap “Save.”

To add a new timer, go to the “Timer” page, tap “Add” at the bottom of the timer list. You can give each a name and duration and choose a sound when it finishes.

To start the whole sequence, tap “Play” at the top of the timing page, or “Play” beside the first timer. You can also start from the second timer or any other in the sequence; when one finishes, the next starts until the last one.
